What is the chapter access code?
A code your chapter advisor hands out to registered members. It unlocks account creation, so only chapter members can open the hub's videos and materials. If you don't have it, ask your advisor.
I forgot my password.
If you signed up with Google there is no password to forget: just choose Log in with Google. For email accounts, type your email above and choose Forgot password. A single-use link arrives by email and expires in about an hour. If the page says it cannot reach the server, that is a connection problem, not your password.
Who can use the hub?
Registered chapter members who joined with a valid access code, plus officers and the advisor. Officer accounts also need the officer code.
What can officers see?
Each member's video completion, document views and last active date. They use it to plan practice sessions, not to grade you.
